About the Role


The Maintenance Electrician is a multi-functional technician responsible for effectively maintaining building systems and infrastructure in optimal condition.



  • Performs inspections and repairs to assigned property interior and exterior areas, including electrical, heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC) and refrigeration, material handling and conveyance systems, robotics; walls and flooring; installed fixtures; roofing systems; lighting, etc.

  • Executes equipment inspection and monitoring programs; defines and implements maintenance best practices to improve overall mechanical equipment uptime
