Job Description
Ensure compliance with product quality specifications, customer requirements and process requirements according to Lean PD, from design phase to formal product and process release.
Lead and facilitate execution of AQP Integration Form. Ensure elements are completed and monitor corresponding open actions.
- Responsibilities and Authority:
Active work with Customers, Product Engineering and Advanced Manufacturing teams located in regional and global locations.
- Coordinate, review and submit PPAP documents to customers.
- Prepare PSW and Control Plans and conduct Process Capability and GR&R studies as part of PPAP submissions.
- Get and define PPM levels for new customers.
- TECHS in pre-production, PPAP+180 phase
- Monitor Customer Portals for advanced quality portion. PPAP and complaints pre-production, PPAP+180
- Proactive prevention out of control production processes.
- Conducts MSA, CPK, Gage R&R for new product launches.
