Eaton's ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Sr.
Production Supervisor - Assembly.
**What you'll do**:
**Job Summary**
Overall responsibility for leading the assembly team in achieving production schedule, NPI ́s, product quality, product cost, and employee safety goals.
You will coordinate with all functional and service groups to meet customer requirements, monitors and manages hourly, indirect and salaried resources in the assignment of work responsibilities, development, and alignment of resources.
The position drives safety, quality & continuous improvement in production while utilizing the framework of the Eaton Business System (EBS) and the Continuous Improvement Framework (CIF).
