**Position Summary:**

The (Sr.) SFE Manager is responsible for driving sales force effectiveness across the Greater China business. This role acts as a strategic business partner to Commercial teams by delivering data-driven insights, optimizing sales processes, and enhancing execution excellence.

+ Act as a trusted partner to sales and commercial leadership to drive business performance and execution excellence
+ Translate business strategies into actionable SFE frameworks and initiatives
+ Deliver proactive, data-driven insights to support decision-making and continuous performance improvement
