Sr. Software Developer

We are seeking a motivated, results‑oriented Sr. Software Developer to join a global software development team. The candidate will serve as a software development responsible for web‐based applications that drive the Carrier equipment and systems sales strategy. This includes ownership of Carrier Electronic Catalog programs that are employed by HVAC sales engineers.

• Work as part of a software development team to deliver tools to Carrier’s commercial HVAC sales force.
• Produce clean, efficient code that meets software requirements.
• Monitor the performance of 1 to 2 software developers and quality assurance specialists, including code reviews and coaching.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and debug existing software.
