**Niche Technology Supplier Leadership**
Provide technical leadership for high-risk and specialized suppliers:
+ Lead in-depth technical and process capability assessments for complex or emerging technologies
+ Drive resolution of critical supplier performance issues, including root cause analysis and sustainable corrective actions
+ Identify systemic risks and recommend risk mitigation strategies at the supplier and product level
**Supplier Maturity Advancement**
Lead deployment of supplier maturity frameworks and improvement strategies:
+ Drive comprehensive supplier maturity assessments across:
+ QMS effectiveness and compliance
+ Process capability and control
+ Reliability, yield, and operational performance
+ Translate assessment outcomes into prioritized improvement roadmaps for suppliers
+ Influence integration of maturity results into sourcing strategies, supplier segmentation, and business decisions
