Job Title: Sr Support Engineer, Data & Analytics Operations

Duration: 6 months (Possibility of Extension/Conversion)

  • Location:
  • Toronto – Sheppard/North York (Atria). Preference for North York, but Waterloo is acceptable – preferred location
  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid – expected onsite once per month for town halls and monthly team events (subject to change).
  • Work Hours: Monday–Friday, flexible between 8:00–4:00, 8:30–4:30, or 9:00–5:00. Start time must be no later than 9:00 AM.
  • *Must be eligible for Reliability Clearance (Should have been in Canada for 5 years)

    The Senior Support Engineer is a member of the Data & Analytics Operations Support team, which is responsible for supporting production applications within the Data & Analytics platform both on premise and in the Cloud.
