An important Global HR pillar for the coming years is to transform HR operating model; and ensure a state-of-the-art experience for the HR processes and service delivery, both in real life and digitally. Therefore, the next step for Global HR will be to build a scalable global HR Transformation & Services team to ensure continuity, efficiency, and scalability.


Global Workforce Analytics and Planning is one of the key pillars within HR Transformation and Services mainly responsible for managing workforce analytics and planning globally. The purpose of the role is to act as technical analytics and data expert to HR and the business. Proactively developing insights which deliver business value, providing robust, outcome-focused analyses and the implementation of scalable products that enhance data-driven decision-making.
