Job Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and configure system monitoring and event management tools such as OEM and BHOM
- Administer and customize application monitoring, including event correlation across systems, networks, applications, and other sources
- Prioritize and maintain the roadmap while remaining hands‑on technically and accountable for delivery of outcomes
- Assist internal users in designing and maintaining production‑quality dashboards for hardware and event statistics
- Configure and manage custom reporting and alerting
- Possess basic knowledge of OCP infrastructure and perform day‑to‑day operational checks, including system usage monitoring
- Possess basic knowledge of Oracle databases, including patching and remediation of endpoint vulnerabilities
