Job Description

Advantage, based in Santiago, Chile, is looking for a Staff Backend Manager to lead their Backend engineering team. The role involves managing the team to deliver features for mobile and web applications and enhancing the backend infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in backend services, proficiency in Node/JavaScript, and experience with Google Cloud Platform. Leadership experience is essential, as well as fluency in English for internal communications.
