Salary Range

Annual cash compensation ranges from $120,000 to $165,000 plus a discretionary 12% company bonus. The final offer within this range will reflect the successful candidate’s skills and experience

Location

Hybrid if based in Toronto or Ottawa. Remote for other locations in Canada

What you will do

  • Coordinate cross‑functional teams to triage and resolve complex customer escalations, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication across stakeholders
  • Own high‑level defect remediation end‑to‑end by partnering with engineering and support to drive effective fixes
