We are part of a big OQ&A (Operation Quality & Analytics) Organization who respond to outgoing quality monitoring of Seagate product shipping to a customer. The big organization have an end to end product quality monitoring from upstream to downstream (Incoming through Outgoing). About the role - you will:
Products Reliability Test (ODT / HLT4 / ORT) team leader who accountable for all product reliability test performance monitoring and improvement. Leading, Instructing, Giving guidelines to team members on the best practice of data analysis to root cause. Leading the product issue decision plan with cross functional team collaboration for best product outgoing performance. Driving for the improvement from the Reliability common core issues. Working on the new project to improve / enhance analytical process, towards IT4.0 and Lean concepts. About you:
