Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role:

• Responsible for developing test packages (test programs and hardware) for development, productivity, and quality improvement in GaN products
• Able to deep dive technically and debug test program issues to ensure timely deliveries
• Develop innovative solutions for high parallel testing, new methodologies to improve coverage and test time, and more efficient program structures
• Document and validate test applications to ensure compliance with product specifications and test program release requirements
• Ensure timely transfer of engineering, reliability, and production test packages to various testing locations
