Staff Field Analog Application Engineer

Responsibilities

MaxLinear is seeking a Staff Field Applications Engineer to join our office in Valencia or Munich. In this role, you will focus on the following:

• Work with Sales and Marketing to define opportunities to customers in territory
• Work with customers and distribution partners to refine their own specs based on product knowledge and understanding
• Manage customer programs through designs cycles: prototype, EVT, PVT, pre-production, and mass production
• Review customer board designs and assist intheir evaluation
• Define the feasibility of customer requests
• Demonstrate evaluation platforms in front of customers
• Provide field trial support
• Conduct extensive laboratory testing andcharacterization of reference platforms and assist the transfer of designs to externalcustomers for evaluation and production
