- Assist in running promotional campaigns, vouchers, and flash sales.
- Handle client inquiries, feedback, and after-sales concerns in a professional manner.
- Ensure store compliance with platform guidelines and maintain a positive seller rating.
- Generate daily or weekly performance and inventory reports when needed.
