The Store Manager is a champion and model of Boot Barn’s Mission, Vision and Values. They are an essential business driver who demonstrates the highest level of leadership in support of exceptional customer service and attainment of store sales goals, builds strong teams and culture that encourages partner engagement and regular development of store partners, and is a retail expert who sets the standard for operational excellence in all areas.
