Operations Command Center Manager

The Operations Command Center Manager is responsible for overseeing the centralized monitoring and support of daily store operations across all branches. The role ensures smooth operational flow, quick resolution of incidents, compliance with company standards, and real-time coordination between stores and support departments. This position plays a critical role in maintaining operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business continuity for food store operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily branch/store operations and ensure operational issues are addressed promptly.
  • Serve as the central point of coordination for store concerns, incidents, escalations, and operational disruptions.
  • Track store performance metrics including sales, manpower, delivery operations, customer complaints, downtime, and compliance.
