Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic and experienced Strategic Initiatives Program Manager to join our Global Strategic Initiatives team.

What You’ll Do (Core Responsibilities)

• Lead and execute complex strategic programs by defining project scopes, managing timelines, and delivering measurable business outcomes that align with Iron Mountain’s global objectives.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders to remove project bottlenecks, ensure resource alignment, and drive consensus on critical business transitions.
• Ensure compliance with Project Management Office standards and organisational policies by maintaining rigorous documentation and reporting on program health and financial performance.
