Supercell is seeking a Senior Talent & Capability Business Partner to enhance talent, leadership, and organizational capability. Located in Helsinki, you’ll collaborate with leaders and People Partners to design talent development initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of experience in talent management, strong stakeholder management skills, and a proactive approach to learning and development. The position offers relocation assistance and requires travel between offices.
