Function: Sales Leadership Team

Role Summary

The Head of Strategy & Sales Enablement is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping and operationalizing the growth agenda for the Philippines business.You will assess new business opportunities for feasibility and revenue potential, formulate and drive execution of country-level strategies, manage high-visibility cross‑functional programs with regional and global stakeholders, and oversee sales enablement to improve productivity, predictability, and performance.As Chief‑of‑Staff to the Country Head, you will run operating cadences, ensure decision‑making velocity, and translate strategic priorities into measurable outcomes.
