Overhead Crane Technician (Electrical) – Langley, BC Compensation: $45-$50/hour. Permanent opportunity with travel to various manufacturing plants around Langley. 90% of the time offsite; work truck provided. The role is based in Langley, BC. Responsibilities
Repairing overhead cranes, hoists, components, and their controls Installation, commissioning, load testing and modernizations of the cranes Troubleshoot and inspect equipment to detect faults and malfunctions Determine the extent of repair required Respond to after-hour service calls / on-call Resolve emergency breakdown situations Provide excellent customer service Adjust the equipment and repair or replace the defective part Keep maintenance reports and documentation Perform crane inspections, repairs, and installations and respond to breakdown calls Qualifications
