General Duties and Responsibilities

Specific Structural EIT duties include structural planning, designing, engineering and producing construction documentation utilizing Revit and various structural engineering methods and software. Additional duties include assistance with specification writing and construction administration services. This position reports administratively to both the Studio Director and the Director of Engineering, with day-to-day guidance and task assignments by the Structural Team Leader.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution with an emphasis or specific coursework in structural engineering for buildings
  • Master's degree in Civil Engineering is not mandatory, but recommended
  • Passed the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam, and hold an EIT certification
