We are seeking an experienced Technical Group Leader to lead a high‑performing formwork and temporary works design team supporting complex construction projects.

This is a senior technical leadership role for a hands‑on engineer who combines deep formwork and shoring expertise with the ability to lead, mentor, and govern design quality in a fast‑paced, design‑assist environment.

The Role

You will take technical ownership of a regional design function, guiding projects from concept through delivery while ensuring designs are safe, efficient, constructible, and commercially sound.
