£36k-£40k plus benefits
Our client is an established contractor offering pre‑construction services across the Southeast of England. This role is part of the design team in Harrow, where you will develop your skills whilst working on major construction schemes.
You will need good technical knowledge of design and construction and be proficient in relevant software, focusing on accuracy and delivery within set timescales.
About you
- At least 2 years' UK experience
- Strong AutoCAD and Revit skills
- Attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to engage effectively with clients
