As a Studio Coordinator, you will provide administrative and general support to a team of industry-leading designers and architects. You're at the heart of your office’s activities and the soul that keeps your office moving forward.
What You Will Do
Contract/Proposal Assistance – Write, edit, administer, and track signage on Letters of Intent, Interim and Final Agreements, Consultant Agreements, and Work Authorizations.
Liaise between the In-House Counsel, Design Manager, and Project Accountant to incorporate comments into a draft contract and ensure the contract fee is current.
Utilize project management tools to increase efficiency for both Design Managers and the studio; this includes entering staffing and revenue plans, creating project schedules, and using data management software to identify areas of ...
