EF Torquay is seeking a proactive and tech-savvy individual to join our facilities team as Summer Facilities Assistant , where you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming, safe, and well-functioning campus for students and staff from around the world.

• Full-time – Monday to Friday
• Fixed-term contract running until August 18th 2026

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on problem solver who enjoys working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment, ensuring our facilities and technology run smoothly for students and staff alike.

Responsibilities

• Supporting day-to-day maintenance and cleaning operations, coordinating with cleaners and contractors
• Ensuring the campus is well-presented, functional, and customer-friendly
• Prioritizing health and safety compliance, conducting regular building checks, and meeting accrediting body standards
