As the Team Lead, you will collaborate with supervisors to shape engaging activities while ensuring program safety and mentorship for youth employees. Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate to plan engaging participant activities
• Implement safety protocols and incident reporting
• Mentor program youth employees effectively
• Facilitate enjoyable and educational experiences for children
• Organize necessary supplies for all activities
Requirements:
• Age of 16 or older at the time of intake
• Clear criminal record check required
