Job responsibilities

• Outgoing, customer‑focused and intuitive sense for luxury: strengthen our customer relationships and continue to build them through first‑class consultations.
• Reach individual CRM goals, leverage extensive product and repair training, shine in all customer interactions— from consultation and sales through small repairs on site.
• Serve as the professional point of contact for all after‑sales topics, even after customers leave the store.
• Responsible for first‑class repair processing from acceptance through communication with the technical team to return to our customers.
