Superintendent, Maintenance Operations – Seabee Gold Operation

Reporting to the Manager, Maintenance & Support Operations, the Superintendent, Maintenance Operations will oversee all electrical and instrumentation activities within the mining operation, including planning, coordinating, and supervising installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, instrumentation, and automation equipment across surface and underground sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide cross‑shift coverage for mechanical maintenance planning and execution.
• Manage and lead electrical & instrumentation teams, including electricians, instrument technicians, and contractors.
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs for electrical and instrumentation systems.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations for the electrical & fixed plant departments.
