OVERVIEW

• Supervise a team of compounding Group Leader and compounder in performing their daily task. This includes monitor all types of compounding and preparation such as NR latex, NBR latex, chemicals, coagulant, powdering and others.
• Monitor and controlling subordinates’ discipline, productivity, efficiency, accuracy, compounding condition, compound quality and quantity.
