Job Purpose
Coordinate and lead the Document Control team to ensure efficient, compliant, and value‑adding management of project data and documents for Projects Services. Drive standardization and simplification, ensure data accuracy and on‑time deliverables, and develop team capabilities in alignment with TechnipFMC procedures, project requirements, and client standards.
Job Description
Documentation leadership — Acts as primary focal point for Document Control, managing escalations, resources, and alignment with Engineering, PM, Supply Chain, Quality, and suppliers.
Team supervision — Manages a team of Document Controllers with direct personnel responsibility, ensures compliance, drives performance check‑ins, coaching, onboarding, and workload/prioritization in a high‑volume environment.
