Overview
Oversee and manage field operations related to fracturing (FRAC) services, ensuring the efficient and safe execution of hydraulic fracturing operations. Supervise field teams, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring the proper use and maintenance of FRAC equipment.
Key Accountabilities- Supervise and coordinate fracturing operations at wellsites, ensuring the effective and safe execution of hydraulic fracturing services.
- Lead and manage a team of field operators and technicians, providing guidance and support on the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of frac equipment.
- Ensure the setup, calibration, and commissioning of frac equipment prior to use, verifying that it meets operational requirements and safety standards.
- Monitor fracturing operations, including pump rates, pressures, and fluid volumes, making real-time adjustments as necessary to optimize performance and achieve operational objectives.
