Job Description

The program manager (PM) is ultimately responsible for ensuring the program meets the project cost, timing, and quality commitments. The program manager ensures effective communication, collaboration, and Cross-Functional Team alignment.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Provide program management for customer programs, serving as the program owner accountable for execution and success, including:
    • Overseeing product launches effectively by identifying, capturing, and mitigating risks throughout the program.
    • Ensuring vigilant cost containment, avoidance, and reduction to achieve the program's financial targets.
    • Developing and maintaining a comprehensive communications plan.
