Be a key player as a Supervisor in Landscaping, in this role based out of Surrey, BC. This full-time position requires overseeing staff and managing various outdoor projects.
You will plan and direct grounds maintenance while supervising a team of 3-4. Responsibilities include estimating labor and materials, establishing work procedures, and ensuring the quality of landscaping construction tasks. The role demands reliability and initiative in physically challenging outdoor conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and hire landscaping personnel as needed
• Plan and coordinate construction of landscape enhancements
• Maintain work logs and production records
• Provide technical guidance and address workplace challenges
• Develop work schedules and procedures for tasks
Requirements:
• Experience between 1 to 2 years in landscaping supervision
• High school graduation certificate required
