Job Description

• Oversee and coordinate daily lending activities to ensure efficient loan processing
• Lead loan origination processes and review funding applications and disbursements
• Manage complex transactions and ensure adherence to approved credit frameworks
• Monitor loan performance post-disbursement and oversee collections and recoveries
• Minimise impairments and maintain strong client relationships to ensure portfolio health
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Manage and develop team members to achieve performance and service excellence
• Support strategic initiatives, policy improvements, and product development

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in credit or lending
• Strong credit risk assessment and decision‑making capability
