Responsibilities
- Supervise and support team members during shifts to ensure smooth operations
- Deliver exceptional guest service and uphold brand standards
- Train and mentor new team members
- Manage inventory, place orders, and monitor product quality
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Assist with daily cash handling and reporting
- Promote a positive team environment and foster strong communication
- Maintain compliance with food safety and workplace policies
Requirements
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience is preferred
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Ability to lead by example and stay calm under pressure
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
