Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support team members during shifts to ensure smooth operations
  • Deliver exceptional guest service and uphold brand standards
  • Train and mentor new team members
  • Manage inventory, place orders, and monitor product quality
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
  • Assist with daily cash handling and reporting
  • Promote a positive team environment and foster strong communication
  • Maintain compliance with food safety and workplace policies

Requirements

  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience is preferred
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Ability to lead by example and stay calm under pressure
  • Able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
