Provides direction, support, and resources to individuals and teams.

Responsibilities
  • Communicates company policies and objectives and fosters two‑way communication.
  • Ensures individuals and teams meet customer requirements and expectations.
  • Establishes and maintains effective communication.
  • Supports company policies and objectives and promotes a union‑free environment.
  • Communicates to customers any changes made in the planning and/or commitments related to present open orders.
  • Schedules all present priorities to the shop floor associates and follows up through completion.
Education and Experience
  • 3-5 years combined experienced supervisor in the present line of work.
  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
  • 3-5 years previous experience in a leadership role.
