- Supervise and lead multiple cleaning teams across various project sites, ensuring consistent service standards are met daily.
- Train cleaners and team leaders on proper cleaning procedures, workplace safety, and service expectations; provide ongoing guidance and support.
- Plan work schedules and manage manpower deployment to ensure adequate site coverage at all times.
- Monitor compliance with cleaning procedures, safety regulations, and tender specifications; follow up promptly on any gaps.
- Implement operational plans to continuously improve work processes and overall service quality.
- Conduct regular checks on cleaning equipment condition and ensure all tools are maintained and in good working order.
- Monitor cleaning material stock levels across sites and coordinate timely re-ordering to prevent shortages.
