Support Coordinator We are looking for an innovative, passionate, and professional individual with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills to join the Stroke Recovery Service based in Crewe. This is an exciting opportunity to work with stroke survivors and their families to support them following a stroke. Position: Stroke Support Coordinator Location: Home-based – Crewe, Cheshire.
