In this role, you will be the core technical driver handling complex escalations surrounding User Lifecycle Management, Single Sign-On (SSO) federations, secure network access, and endpoint compliance

.The ideal candidate does not just close tickets—they dig deep into system logs and reports to identify the underlying root cause of complex technical failures, utilizing automation (PowerShell/Bash) to prevent repetitive issues
