Role Overview

Central Support agent for the Veepee Group marketplace channel, supporting European activities by managing daily technical support tickets.

Responsibilities

  • Provide fast and useful support to marketplace teams and connected sellers by managing, categorizing, and solving tickets via FreshDesk.
  • Communicate issues and bugs to marketplace teams.
  • Liaise with product owners, product teams, and external partners toescalate risks, issues and challenges for tool improvement.
  • Create and manage reports and analysis.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of technical support experience.
  • Knowledge of marketplace/API tools, MS Office (Excel/OpenOffice), and web tools.
  • Database comprehension and IT skills.
  • Detailed knowledge of marketplace flows.
  • Proficiency in English and French; Italian and/or Spanish a plus.
