Support Worker (Days)

About the Role

We’re looking for a confident Care & Support Worker to work full‑time (42 hours a week) at Oxley Woodhouse, a specialist residential service for people with learning disabilities, complex needs and behaviours that may challenge. Shifts are 12 hours, including alternate weekends on a two‑week rotating rota, with days‑only options.

Responsibilities

• Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all people in our care
• Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support
• Learn about individuals’ specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
• Assist with and report on medical & welfare needs
