Support Worker

Location: Gloucester

Position: Support Worker (Days and Nights)

Pay Rate: £12.71 - £13.00 per hour (depending on experience and shift type)

Shifts: Flexible day and night shifts available

We are seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our team in a specialist rehabilitation and disability management service for people living with a range of different and complex neurological conditions, including acquired brain injury, spinal injury, and other neurological conditions that may require tracheostomies and/or ventilators.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a mental health or healthcare setting
  • Ability to work effectively within a team
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Empathy and dedication to patient care and recovery
  • PMVA Certificate required – you cannot support here without this training
  • Indate and Clean DBS
