Job Description

Are you ready to make a real difference? At The Willows, every shift is a chance to help adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs live meaningful, independent lives. Join a team where your skills are valued, your growth is supported, and your work truly matters.

Willow View is a bungalow a short distance from the main home. You may be required to work at both homes.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support tailored to each individual. You’ll help with daily routines, encourage independence, support community access and activities and use Positive Behaviour Support approaches to create a safe and structured environment. Some days might involve developing life skills at home, other days could include supporting hobbies, appointments or trips out in the community. No two days are the same — but every day is purposeful.
