Our client is a large integrated 5* Resort in the Philippines.

Profile

  • Good in spoken and written English
  • Culinary school background
  • Minimum 5 years experience in high‑end Japanese cuisine
  • Experience in luxury international 5‑star hotels or internationally acclaimed Japanese restaurant
  • Good exposure to fine dining
  • Able to train and mentor local chefs on Sushi / Sashimi
  • Hard working and able to work efficiently under pressure
  • Team player with good communication skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and safety standards
  • Friendly with a positive attitude, enthusiastic
  • Good organizational and time management skills
