Profile
- Good in spoken and written English
- Culinary school background
- Minimum 5 years experience in high‑end Japanese cuisine
- Experience in luxury international 5‑star hotels or internationally acclaimed Japanese restaurant
- Good exposure to fine dining
- Able to train and mentor local chefs on Sushi / Sashimi
- Hard working and able to work efficiently under pressure
- Team player with good communication skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and safety standards
- Friendly with a positive attitude, enthusiastic
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Well organized, energetic, hands‑on
