As Sushi Cook, you will support the Sushi Chef in the preparation and presentation of sushi dishes while maintaining the highest standards of quality, freshness, hygiene, and consistency. This role is ideal for someone passionate about Japanese cuisine who is eager to grow within a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment. You will work closely under the guidance of the Sushi Chef and wider culinary team to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional guest experiences.

• Prepare sushi dishes with accuracy, consistency, and attention to presentation.
