Are you the SysOps expert our Service Desk team needs? At Holaluz, we're revolutionizing the energy sector, and we need a highly skilled SysOps Engineer to provide top-tier technical guidance and support.
We’re looking for an experienced engineer that will give seniority to the team. You will work closely with Cloud Platform and Security Teams and be involved in the evolution of our infrastructure, using state‑of‑the‑art cloud infrastructure and architectures.
Key Responsibilities
Advanced Technical Support: Act as an escalation point for the Service Desk team, resolving complex technical issues and providing expert guidance.
Identity and Access Management:
Administer and maintain identity and access management tools: Windows AD and Okta.
