Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using Microsoft .NET platform (MVC, C#, VB.NET) .
- Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics (CRM/ERP) modules based on business needs.
- Develop SQL scripts, stored procedures, views, and triggers to support data processing and reporting.
- Perform system integration , testing, and troubleshooting to ensure quality and reliability.
- Work closely with vendors and cross-functional teams on system implementation, upgrades, and enhancements .
- Provide technical support and user training , ensuring smooth system operation and adoption.
