Job Description

Responsibilities




  • To carry out hardware /software setup, maintenance and trouble-shooting

  • To provide hardware, software, databased and network support

  • To manage IT asset and server hardware inventory

  • To perform IT helpdesk functions, software installation, upgrade and manage company’s networks and computing platforms

  • To follow up ad-hoc task



  • Requirements




  • DSE / Form 5 or above

  • Related disciplines with 1 or 2 years experience

  • Familiar with DNS, DHCP, VPN, Active Directory, Windows Server, SQL Server and Virtualization

  • Good at helpdesk service, system / server support, PC setup / migration and managing data backup

  • Experience of managing network & facilities, including monitoring, maintenance, troubleshooting (Switch, Router, Access Point) as an advantage...
