System Engineer (Finacle)

• Experience in handling support & installation for Finacle 10.x environments including troubleshooting and configuring new services
• Ability to take ownership of deliverables and engaging all stakeholders
• Proficient in N-tier architecture for Finacle, high availability concepts
• Proficient in writing SQL queries in Oracle/PostgreSQL for troubleshooting issues and preparing data for issue analysis and reporting
• Hands on with Unix/Linux commands
• Basic proficiency in Middleware technologies like WebSphere Application Server and JBOSS
• Hands on experience in automating some of the routine tasks in environment management

Experienced inhandling patching of Finacle, OS, MW and database components. Should be able toper form impact assessment and co-ordinate the tasks with various

supporting units like OS support, DB support, Middleware support, etc.
